John Hammond, Grammy Award winner and Blues Hall of Fame Inductee, is one of a handful of white blues musicians who was on the scene at the beginning of the first blues renaissance of the mid-'60s.

"…a blues legend with a voice like Robert Johnson's and a demeanor that belies his tear-it-up might before an audience…" - The New York Times

Duke Robillard is one of the founding members of Roomful of Blues, as well as one of the guitarists who replaced Jimmie Vaughan in the Fabulous Thunderbirds in 1990. He has been recognized by fans and fellow musicians as a premier guitarist who dips into blues, rockabilly, jazz, and rock & roll, creating a unique fusion of American roots musics. He's won four Blues Awards for "Best Blues Guitarist," earned a couple Grammy nods and played on albums by Bob Dylan ('97's Grammy-winning Time Out Of Mind), Pinetop Perkins, John Hammond, Dr. John, and many more.
